How is delivery handled?
All our products are digital — there is no shipping. Once your payment is approved, your licence key is sent to your order email. The same details are in your account under My orders page, or from order tracking screen.
What if the product is out of stock?
We still take your order. If we have no key on hand we source the product for you: preparation starts once payment is received, and the key is emailed as soon as it is ready. You are kept informed throughout. In the rare case a product cannot be sourced, you are refunded in full.
Refunds and replacements
You can cancel your order before the licence key is delivered. For delivered digital products the right of withdrawal does not apply by law; however, if a key does not work we replace it free of charge. For details see our refund and withdrawal policy for details.

How is Better Payment Pro delivered?
It is a digital product, so nothing is shipped. This item is sourced per order: after payment we prepare it and email the license and download details, usually the same day. You can follow the status on your order page.
How do I install this WordPress plugin?
In your WordPress admin go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, upload the .zip file from your delivery and activate it. Licence scope (number of sites and update period) is stated in the product description.
What happens if it does not work?
Contact support with your order number. If the product does not work as described, we replace it free of charge. You can cancel before delivery; once a digital product has been delivered, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. An invoice is issued after payment and sent by email. For a company invoice, choose "Company" at checkout and enter your company name and tax details.
Is payment secure?
Payment is taken on the bank's 3D Secure page through a licensed payment provider. Card details are never stored on our servers. Visa, Mastercard and Troy cards are accepted.
