Windows 10 Pro işletim sistemi, lisanslı olarak kullanılabilmesi için Microsoft tarafından etkinleştirilmelidir. Telefonla etkinleştirme, internet bağlantısı olmayan sistemlerde veya çevrimdışı lisanslama durumlarında tercih edilen resmi bir yöntemdir. Bu yöntemle aktivasyon süreci şu şekilde ilerler: Ürün Anahtarı Girilir: Windows 10 Pro kurulumu tamamlandıktan sonra 25 karakterlik geçerli bir ürün anahtarı girilir.
Telefon Aktivasyon Seçilir: “Başlat > Ayarlar > Güncelleştirme ve Güvenlik > Etkinleştirme” adımlarından “Telefonla etkinleştir” seçeneği seçilir (veya slui 4 komutu çalıştırılır). Bölge Seçimi Yapılır: Kullanıcı bulunduğu ülkeyi seçerek Microsoft'un ilgili destek numarasına yönlendirilir. Kurulum Kimliği (Installation ID): Ekranda görünen kurulum kimliği (9 bloktan oluşan sayılar dizisi) Microsoft’un otomatik telefon sistemine tuşlanır.
Doğrulama Kimliği (Confirmation ID): Sistem, doğrulama kimliğini verir. Bu kimlik, aynı ekrana girilerek Windows 10 Pro’nun kalıcı olarak etkinleştirilmesi sağlanır.

How is delivery handled?
All our products are digital — there is no shipping. Once your payment is approved, your licence key is sent to your order email. The same details are in your account under My orders page, or from order tracking screen.
What if the product is out of stock?
We still take your order. If we have no key on hand we source the product for you: preparation starts once payment is received, and the key is emailed as soon as it is ready. You are kept informed throughout. In the rare case a product cannot be sourced, you are refunded in full.
Refunds and replacements
You can cancel your order before the licence key is delivered. For delivered digital products the right of withdrawal does not apply by law; however, if a key does not work we replace it free of charge. For details see our refund and withdrawal policy for details.

How do I activate the Windows licence key?
This is a phone-activation product. Enter the key under Settings > System > Activation > Change product key, then complete the phone activation step; the exact steps are included in the delivery email and support can walk you through it.
Does the licence still work after reinstalling Windows?
The licence is tied to the device it was activated on, so you can activate again after reinstalling Windows on the same device. Moving it to a different computer depends on the licence type (OEM or Retail); if that matters to you, ask us before buying.
What happens if it does not work?
Contact support with your order number. If the product does not work as described, we replace it free of charge. You can cancel before delivery; once a digital product has been delivered, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. An invoice is issued after payment and sent by email. For a company invoice, choose "Company" at checkout and enter your company name and tax details.
Is payment secure?
Payment is taken on the bank's 3D Secure page through a licensed payment provider. Card details are never stored on our servers. Visa, Mastercard and Troy cards are accepted.
